Can I try Morigram for free?
New accounts receive one 14-day Basic trial at registration. Existing Free accounts start it on their next login. No card is required; you are charged only when you choose and purchase a paid plan.
What happens when the trial ends?
Without payment, sharing, editing and uploads stop; you can still sign in and download originals. From 90 days after expiry, content exceeding the legacy retention allowance is eligible for deletion, oldest first, with advance notice. Purchase a paid plan to resume access.
When does paid access start if I purchase during the trial?
Your paid period starts when payment completes. Unused trial days are not added to the paid period.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel anytime from Billing & Subscription. You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for — only the next auto-renewal stops.
What happens to my remaining time when I upgrade?
The remaining value is converted and carried over into the new plan. Before paying, you see the conversion details and the new expiry date, and payment proceeds only after you confirm. Downgrades are available after the current period ends, provided your usage fits within the new plan’s storage limit.
What is the refund policy?
Full refund within 7 days of the first payment or an auto-renewal payment, provided the paid features of that period have not been used. Otherwise, cancelling stops future renewals and you keep access for the remaining period.
